The role of the Food Service Worker is to prepare food forthe patient and cafeteria consumption. Additionally, this position isresponsible for pre-prep work, including salads, entrees, vegetables, starches,gravies, and desserts; setting up carts for patient meal delivery, preparingand sending snacks to all patients with a snack order, assisting with daily clean-up after meals,and on-going cleaning maintenance within the department.
